Downtown outdoor poster boxes, Restaurants, Cafés, Coffee Shops, Libraries, Community Centres, Schools, Churches / places of worship,
Gas Stations, Laundromats, company staff rooms, and any place willing to promote a free festive and educational community event!!!

- Photography and video
- Various set ups (anytime you can spare between 5:30 am and 11:30 am)
- Local food buffet set up and running: 12:00pm - 3:30pm (buffet will be open from 12:30pm to 2:30pm)
- Post event pack up: (anytime you can spare between 3:30pm and 7pm )
Overall event set up / take down schedule:
- 5:30am - 11:30am: general set up (anytime you can spare between 5:30 am and 11:30 am)
- 8:00 - 9:30am: Reception Tables / Earth Day Ambassadors Briefing
- 10:45am: Post Kirtan eating area set up
- 10:45am: Finalize Buffet Tables( Light buffet shaffers with food pans).
- 10:30 am - 3:30pm: Kid's yoga helpers / Earth Day Ambassadors' Helpers
12:30pm: Buffet Opens - Servers Start Serving
12:30pm: Garbage and Dish Cleaning Stations Ready to Go - 1:30pm: Review Slackline Coaching Guidelines
2pm - 3:30pm: Slackline Balancing Workshop - 4pm - 6 pm: Post Event Take Down
